Business Analyst work as a bridge between different stakeholders in an Organization. When we have a medium or complex project at times it becomes really difficult to gather requirements or know more about the details of the requirements at that moment in an Agile Scrum environment there is a need of a Business Analysts.

Business Analysis is the set of tasks, knowledge, and techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change.
